As a result of this change, the deposit insurance system covering the deposits of customers of Revolut Bank UAB\u2019s French branch, which are being moved to Revolut Bank S.A., will change.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, eligible deposits held at the French branch of Revolut Bank UAB are insured under the Lithuanian deposit insurance system, which is administered by the public institution Deposit and Investment Insurance. Once the accounts of customers of the French branch of Revolut Bank UAB French branch will be migrated to Revolut Bank S.A. in France, these deposits will be protected under the French deposit insurance system, administered by the Fonds de Garantie des D\u00e9p\u00f4ts et de R\u00e9solution (FGDR), effective from the moment of their actual migration.<\/p>\n<p>Revolut Bank UAB will inform customers individually regarding the specific terms and conditions for account transfers.<\/p>\n<p>This change to the deposit insurance system applies only to customers whose accounts are being migrated from the French branch of Revolut Bank UAB to Revolut Bank S.A., established in France. The deposit insurance terms for other Revolut Bank UAB customers remain unchanged. Revolut Bank UAB remains a participant in the Lithuanian deposit insurance system, and eligible deposits will continue to be insured under the Lithuanian deposit insurance system in accordance with the conditions established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>\n<p>More information about the French deposit insurance system can be found on the FGDR website.
