On 20 September, 2016 the credit union \u201cAmber\u201d was declared insolvent<\/strong>\u00a0by board of Bank of Lithuania, and had its license revoked. On 29 September, 2016 the Deposit Guarantee Scheme made \u20ac19,97m available for total of 989 depositors via paying agent bank UAB Medicinos bankas. The right to receive the insurance compensation\u00a0is valid for 5 years from the day of the insurance event. Arriving at any client service unit of UAB Medicinos bankas the depositor should have the valid document confirming their identity, the certified power of attorney (if the depositor\u2019s authorized person shall claim the insurance compensation) or the inheritance documents.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
