The State Enterprise Deposit and Investment Insurance (Public Institution “Deposit and Investment Insurance”) is located at Savanorių Ave. 5, LT-03116 Vilnius, Lithuania, on the 4th floor of the WAVE Business Centre.
Upon arrival, please contact the business centre administrator located on the 1st floor.
Customer Service Hours
Individuals are served during the following hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:45 p.m.
Individuals who have registered in advance are served on Wednesdays starting from 7:00 a.m.
On the day preceding a public holiday, working hours are reduced by one hour.
No services are provided on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Submission of Applications
Applications to the Public Institution “Deposit and Investment Insurance” may be submitted in the following ways:
- In person at the Institution, upon presentation of a valid identity document;
- By registered mail, enclosing a notarized copy of the applicant’s identity document;
- Electronically via the e-government portal at https://paraiskos.idf.lt.
*When submitting an application related to inheritance, it is mandatory to provide a notarized Certificate of Inheritance Rights and/or a Certificate of Ownership Rights confirming the death of the beneficiary, identifying the heirs of the inherited property, and specifying the inherited assets.
