  • Persons are served Mondays – Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Fridays from 8 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., lunch break – from 12 p.m. to 12:45 p.m.
  • Persons can submit requests or complaints during the lunch break as usual.
  • Additional service hours for persons who have registered in advance are accepted – Mondays – Fridays from 7:30 a.m.
  • On the eve of holidays, the working day is one hour shorter.
  • Persons are not served on Saturdays and Sundays.

 

SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS

You can submit an application to the Public Institution “Deposit and Investment Insurance” (hereinafter referred to as IID) in the following ways:

  • by coming to IID and presenting a document confirming the identity of the person;
  • by sending it by registered mail, attaching a notarized copy of the applicant’s document;
  • via the e-government portal at https://paraiskos.idf.lt ;     
*when applying for an inheritance, it is necessary to attach notarized certificates of inheritance and/or ownership rights, which confirm the fact of the death of the beneficiary and indicate the heirs of the inherited property, as well as the inherited property itself
